Chloe Albin

she/her/hers

Chloe Albin is a multifaceted dancer, choreographer, & educator. She grew up dancing in the Seattle-area and furthered her dance education at Chapman University. She currently splits her time between New York and Seattle.
Chloe has performed on regional, national, & international stages, including on London’s West End and LA’s iconic Dolby Theatre. Most recently, she choreographed & performed on the international tour of “The Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Show”. Other stage credits include works by Cafe Nordo, Cameo Lethem, and Wade Madsen. Film credits include BenDeLaCreme’s “The Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Special” (Apple TV, Amazon Prime).
With over a decade of experience teaching dancers across all levels, Chloe finds great joy in sharing movement with others. Through her teaching, Chloe strives to create a positive environment in which dancers feel motivated to take risks and expand their relationship with dance.

Cody Krause

Cody Krause (he/him), originally from the Philadelphia area, began his dance training at a very young age and was a Dance major at the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts. Cody then attended The Ohio State University, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance in 2019, focusing his degree on Composition and Choreography. Immediately after graduating, Cody moved to Cleveland, OH where he became a full time company member with Dancing Wheels, America’s first integrated dance company. From 2019 to 2023, he worked as a company dancer, teaching artist, company class teacher, and disabilities advocate while spreading awareness about disabilities and disability rights through performance and teaching. During this time, Cody was part of countless performances touring to places like New York City, Miami, Mexico, and China. Cody has taught Physically Integrated Dance classes for Dancing Wheels throughout the Cleveland area, as well as workshops at Point Park University and Mid-Atlantic Dance Initiative. Cody was also commissioned to choreograph a full-company piece, “Bonds of Actions,” for Dancing Wheels ‘Memories of Mexico’ concert in 2022. He has performed works by choreographers such as Dianne McIntyre, Doug Varone, Marc Brew, Donald Byrd, and Ohad Naharin, for whom he was the featured soloist in BalletMet and The Ohio State University’s Collaboration of “Minus 16.” In September 2023, Cody moved to Seattle to join Spectrum Dance Theater as a company dancer and is returning for his second season. He also teaches dance classes for children and adults throughout to Seattle area.

thomas phelan

Thomas grew up in Fort Collins, CO. It was there at Colorado State University he earned his BFA in performing arts. After graduation Thomas danced and taught at Alaska Dance Theatre before moving to Seattle where he currently lives and works. His Seattle performance credits include Whim W’Him, Coriolis Dance, House of Verlaine, The Cabiri, Alana O Rogers, The Robbie Turner Revue, Khambatta Dance Company, and The Can Can. Thomas has a passion for teaching and shares experience and creates within realms of ballet, contemporary dance, gymnastics, diving, acrobatics, aerial arts, burlesque, and prides himself on being able to survive entry level hip hop classes.

ashley rivette

she/her/hers

Ashley is originally from the DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area. She began her training in Stuttgart, Germany, where her family was stationed for eight years. In 2021, Rivette received a BFA in Dance from Shenandoah Conservatory. She apprenticed with Christopher K. Morgan & Artists during their 2019 and 2020 seasons. After graduating from Shenandoah Conservatory, Ashley joined DanceWorks Chicago (DWC) under the direction of Julie Nakagawa for two seasons. Some of her DWC repertoire included works by Robert Battle, Charissa-Lee Barton, Joshua Manculich, Mark Caserta, Demis Volpi, Hanna Brictson, Drew Lewis, Brian Enos, and Noelle Kayser. Ashley has supplemented her training with intensives and workshops by Flock, Sydney Dance Company, PARA.MAR Dance Theatre, Perry Mansfield, Yin Yue Dance Company, and BARE Dance Company. In Fall 2023, she made her Lyric Opera Chicago debut as a dancer in Janáček’s Jenůfa, choreographed by Teresa Rotemberg (Noelle Kayser, Ballet Mistress). Rivette was a founding member of Boykin Dance Project as well as an administrative assistant under the direction of Brian Josiah Martinez. She is very grateful to be in her second season  with Whim W’Him and looks forward to further exploring her artistry.

yoshi sanders

Yoshi Sanders grew up in Northampton, Massachusetts. He began his dance training under Shakia Barron at the Pioneer Valley Performing Arts School in 2013. In 2024, Yoshi graduated from Vassar College, where he studied both Psychological Science and Dance, and was inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. As a member of the Vassar Repertory Dance Theater, he performed new works by Shannon Gillen, Yoshito Sakuraba, Jennifer Archibald, Desmond Richardson, Stephen Rooks, and Leslie Partridge Sachs. As a freelance dancer in New York City, Yoshi has performed with HT Chen & Dancers, MWDC, and Petra Zanki. As a teaching artist, Yoshi has been able to teach for various organizations in NYC including New York City Ballet, 92NY, and the Dance Education Laboratory (DEL). Yoshi was featured in the 2022 documentary film P.S. Dance; The Next Generation executive produced by Jody Arnhold. Yoshi is thrilled to be joining Whim W’Him.
